Spring Labs is currently looking for a highly talented Front-End Engineer, who is passionate about working on innovative, fast paced Blockchain projects and looking to contribute to shaping the future of DeFi 2.0. 

Spring Labs is a highly collaborative, fast paced, start-up environment, therefore this role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to conceptualize and be accountable for quality results, as well as the proven ability to mentor and develop Jr. Engineers to the next level.

Note:  Spring Labs is LA-based. However, the position is targeting both on-site and remote candidates.

What you'll do

• Build consumer web interfaces powering DeFi 2.0
• Work closely with designers and our product managers to educate our customers and provide the best user experience
• Lead the UI/UX effort to constantly improve our product suiteHelp define and enforce standards regarding code quality and test coverage
• Participate and lead code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions to contribute to knowledge sharing and provide mentorship
• Be a culture carrier for Spring Labs

About you

• 4+ years of hands-on front-end development experience
• Experience with either React/Angular/Vue/Typescript
• Experience working with Web3js/Ethjs and Ethereum wallet integrations
• Demonstrates disciplined coding practices, including writing technical specifications, internal and external documentation, peer code review, and unit & integration testing
• Ability to effectively present information, both internally and externally
• Passionate about continuous learning and sharing of knowledge
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Solid designs skills preferred
