Panoramic is seeking a talented front-end and WordPress developer to join our growing team. You will be a vital part of the marketing department, owning the development and day-to-day optimization of our digital presence. Whether you’re working with the team to create brand-defining campaign activations, a blazing fast site that contributes to user experience as well as SEO, or high-volume lead handling systems, this role is truly critical to our success. Panoramic is changing the way marketers approach data-driven decisioning and we need your help to get the word out. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with our VP of Marketing to elevate Panoramic web and digital properties to a best-in-class presence offering a flawless user experience.
• Develop and extend our custom WordPress-based site, leveraging your deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Transform Sketch files to pages within the WordPress site while maintaining mobile responsiveness. 
• Empower the marketing team to make day-to-day content creation and publication frictionless.
• Work with demand and lead gen to rapidly create and iterate custom campaign landing pages.
• Design and oversee complex and API-based lead capture programs, leveraging an existing code-base and support from Panoramic engineering (C#, and PHP familiarity a plus).
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot a plus.
• Work with designer and leadership to plan and execute activations within our digital properties.
• Design and develop code solutions to funnel, marketing data analytics and attribution challenges.
• Learn new technologies to keep your skills current and dedication to growth and scaling your abilities as the company grows.

Desired Experience:

• 3+ years of experience of front-end web development
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress based development
• Demonstrable ability to envision and design new digital activations, and experiences
• Knowledge of APIs, and experience coordinating complex lead capture processes
• Experience building custom WordPress themes working directly within Divi or other major WordPress themes a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable portfolio site demonstrating ability is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college 
• 3+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress-based development
• Demonstrable ability to envision and design new digital activations and experiences
• Knowledge of APIs and experience coordinating complex lead capture processes
• Experience building custom WordPress themes
