As an Engineering Manager you will:

We're looking for:

  • Someone who has led a team to ship an Android app at scale
  • A strong software architect and well versed in design patterns. (e.g. you've worked with Clean or MVVM, modularized architectures and know the benefits of each. You've written your own Repositories and Factories.)

  • Wisdom to know when and how to make technical trade-offs
  • Someone who is not afraid to make critical decisions and has a bias towards action
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team to go above and beyond
  • Set an example of engineering excellence across teams through documentation

Bonus points if you have:

  • Understanding of how backend services work at scale
  • Experience with building mobile applications handling high volume of traffic
