How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:
- Design and develop metrics, dashboards and analyses to drive business decisions
- Manage the health of growth analytics reporting to support team operations
- Recommend, build, and study user segmentations for growth tests and initiatives
- Collaborate with growth team to prioritize high impact experiments and projects
- Experience with marketing mix portfolios
- Experience building customer lifetime value/subscriber acquisition cost reporting
- Work closely with paid marketing platforms and vendors such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Taboola
- Work closely with engineering to define requirements for data models and pipelines
- Own a comprehensive link between third party data services and internal user data
- Be a data ambassador; closely monitor, quantify and socialize key growth activities
What you’ve accomplished:
- 2+ years in a data-intensive role
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent training & experience)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) required
- Proficiency with Python or R
- Experience conceptualizing and executing A/B tests
- Experience with digital advertising analytics is a plus
- Experience with analytics across mobile and web platforms is a plus
- Experience with digital subscription businesses is a plus
- Strong team-player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be self-directed when necessary
