We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer to take our product from MVP to a leading IOS+Android consumer application. You’ll understand the business vision and translate our product objectives into an intuitive user experience and elegant UI design. As CTO, you’ll lead our engineering team to build a system that achieves the product vision. You’ll work with stakeholders to turn business objectives into realized goals, leveraging your experience and expertise to shape the future of a world class application. The design team will rely on your approach in constructing user workflows and on your standards for UI design. The engineering team will follow your plan for development and product feature release. And marketing will relay your release timeline to users. This opportunity is ONLY available for an onsite team member (Los Angeles/Santa Monica, CA).

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are a definite plus in this role. The CTO of UniqChat will be a key member of our leadership team, remaining well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with startup business practices. Additionally, expertise in machine learning (NLP, NLC, creating custom models, deep learning, recommendation engines, IBM Watson) is required. Qualifications:

-6+ years experience in tech as a CTO, VP/Head of Product, or relevant position

-Experienced in a startup environment

-Have designed, developed, and deployed at least one large-scale consumer application

-Have experience managing top-level engineering teams and continuously improving team velocity/output

-Have experience managing a considerable product development budget in sync with a detailed timeline

-Solid hands-on experience in building, managing and validating a tech roadmap

- Experience in Amazon cloud platform

- 10+ years Hands-on experience in Java

- Hands-on experience in micro-service architecture

- Production experience in high-load systems
