In this role you will:

• Design data reporting structures deriving insights to help inform strategy and investment
• Build a proactive analytics organization by selecting, training and developing team 
• Translate what analytic numbers mean clearly and concisely to others
• Serve as a strategic analytics business partner to the CEO and Executive Management team
• Prepare and deliver analytical reporting as required for Board meetings, annual shareholder meetings, and investor relations
• Set up and run all required data reporting structures across our app, digital, social, offline, events and PR
• Track and report KPIs and ROIs across all customer touch points and lifecycle – awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Work with Operations and Marketing teams to design, implement and track brand awareness, end-to-end acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives
• Recommend improvements and optimizations highlighted by data across all elements of company’s activities and eco-system
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

• Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics or computer science
• 10+ years experience in data analytics and reporting, ideally in e-commerce or at a startup
• Strong, demonstrable experience in digital and social media marketing, focused on customer acquisition and growth
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
