TeleSign is growing and we are seeking a Web Designer to join our team! In this role, you will bring creative and strategic ideas to life on Telesign.com. This is a critical role reporting into our Brand team and working cross functionally with content, product marketing and growth teams. Telesign.com is built on Webflow and is supported by an advanced martech stack built to bring context, guidance and expertise to the Telesign.com experience. We are looking for someone that can translate creative ideas into web experiences that are tracked, measured and optimized for conversion.
What you'll do:
- Support Marketing team with coding. You will work on a variety of projects from landing pages to complete websites, emails, decks, and social media content.
- Design and develop websites on Webflow for a variety of needs but mainly to engage Telesign prospects.
- Your strong organizational skills would allow anyone to pick up your project and iterate off of what you’ve built.
- Know how to run a QA process and release code that is bug free and reliable
- Work with Marketing Operations implement analytics and A/B testing tools and experiments
- Manage Website Development. With a backlog of initiatives with various priorities, you’ll manage the entire web development life cycle, from scoping and planning to development and maintenance.
How Success Is Measured:
- Conversion rate of target accounts to Sales Accepted Opportunities via Telesign.com
About You:
- You are very familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices, are up-to-date on modern browser trends and compatibility. You ensure builds are mobile-optimized, multi-browser compatible, and built for site speed and performance.
- Scientific Process is how you know what work best. Test, measure and test and measure again.
- You can make strategic recommendations on how to improve branded content and user experience.
- You’re obsessed with automation and most efficient use of resources.
