TubeScience is a data-driven video startup that produces content optimized to impact consumer behavior at scale. Since starting up about 2 years ago, we've grown organically to over 80 people. Along the way, through our work with many of the most well-known and high-growth startups, we’ve started to redefine how video advertising is done. Our global, experimental lab creates hundreds of videos that are watched by tens of millions of people each day.

Key to our efforts is our VP, Creative Strategy role. This critical contributor impacts our business by running our video product lab, setting the creative direction of our pay-for-performance video ads, and directing a team of exceptional producers and editors.
The Journey Starts Here
We don’t just interview, we also audition. If selected, you will workout with our team to learn how we don’t create central theme marketing campaigns. Instead, you’ll learn how we create video products that communicate unique value to different personas, which are crafted to reflect what real people care about. We employ a strategic, iterative approach to creativity that leverages our extensive knowledge base of social behavior which is measured and tuned in real time. You’ll learn how to apply and refine your creativity through an efficient and data-driven method.
With one of the largest advertising R&D budgets in the world, you’ll be able to create and test your hypotheses in real time. You will learn how to strategically express your creativity and craftsmanship of copy and visual communication. As the leader of one of our labs, you’ll focus your team(s) on a deep understanding of consumer intent, yield and desires within the video medium. And you’ll refine that understanding with data on the consumer actions.
The Persona Of This Role
TubeScience is a unique organization that emphasizes action, ownership, thoughtfulness, humility, scientific curiosity, and flexibility. This role requires an integrative thinker who excels at execution. Key to this role is a high EQ to understand the underlying motivations of consumers. Strong visual and/or copywriting skills are also directly relevant to success in this position. As is experience/education/training in behavioral pattern recognition.
