As our Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of all collateral for our marketing team. This includes a company-wide rebrand, creating a style guide and sales collateral. You will be involved in every aspect of the visual design process across different types of media formats (website, video, etc.), from brainstorming concepts and interacting with internal teams, to executing and producing creative assets.

You will use your start-up mindset and your full range of skills in graphic design, illustration, animation, typography, and photography to produce elegantly simple designs. You'll be expected to push the boundaries of what's possible, while sharing in our healthy obsession for quality.

What You’ll Do

• Overhaul all marketing collateral
• Develop and maintain our brand style guide
• Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems
• Lead the charge on developing a recognizable brand within the industry
• Design visual assets that are incredibly simple and elegant across web, video, print and more

What You’ll Need to Have

• A portfolio showcasing your work
• 3+ years of experience in visual, brand and marketing design
• Experience with design tools, like Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

Preferred

• Experience in brand, advertising or print design
• Experience in animation and or illustration
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions
