Our ideal candidate is someone that’s comfortable creating new and attractive designs while keeping close track of our business objectives.

Fundomate is a young fin-tech company working in the alternative lending space. We are growing fast with a core of dedicated individuals motivated to taking our company to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Work with brand guidelines to establish the look and feel for various user interfaces & visual assets.
• Collaborate on establishing and utilizing a company wide design system.
• Collaborate on designing user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups.
• Design logos, icons and infographics.
• Closely with product managers and marketing to drive ROI growth and increase productivity.
• Create and organize production assets.
• Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web.
• Source images (stock photos and video footage).
• Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive marketing materials.
• Managing timelines and expectations effectively.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 of experience in a fast paced startup environment
• BA or BS in Visual Design, Interactive Design, HCI or a related field (or a mix of relevant work experience and education)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create eye-catching and engaging designs
• Comfortable with various design & prototyping tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Invision etc.
• Strong knowledge of design principles for web, mobile and print
• HTML / CSS knowledge
• Ability to prioritize
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to change
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in visual design
