As our first UX Researcher hire, this role will be an integral part of the product development process. This person will design, execute and deliver high-impact research. The ideal candidate is passionate about logistics and helping to create a world-class logistics product that connects both shippers and truckers. What You’ll do during your first 12-18 months:

• Build and scale usability and qualitative research methods and processes, and mentor future additions to the team
• Collaborate closely with design, product management, and engineering leads to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate research findings into insights
• Present research findings with a compelling presentation and communication style
• Conduct internal data analysis to support research initiatives

What You’ll Need to Have:

• 3+ years of conducting research
• Broad experience with a wide variety of research methods applied across the product development process
• You have experience conducting semi-structured interviews, contextual field visits, usability testing either live or remote
• You are excited by the opportunity to build research practices within a fast-paced product development environment
