As a User Experience Designer at Red Ventures, you'll use your strong visual and interaction design skills to empower consumers to make smarter financial decisions. We’re looking for a designer to join our Authenticated Experience team to create amazing multi-device experiences that help people save money.
You’ll be involved in every step of the process — researching the best possible solutions, creating user flows and wireframes, designing mockups and pixel-perfect screens, and prototyping experiences
Examples of your day-to-day:
- Own design projects (think personal finance managers, travel apps, and other high-impact projects)
- Work with our product managers, analysts and engineers, delivering them product specs and assets
- Work with other designers to envision and iterate on concepts
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team
- Compile research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, mockup screens and design experiences
- Maintain UX specifications and standards across suite of web and mobile products
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of UX web and mobile design experience producing engaging, usable, and effective design solutions using user-centric principles
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile apps
- A solid design background with an obsessive eye for interaction and visual details
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward the products you create
- Proficiency with wireframe and visual design tools
- Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions
- Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills in order to succeed
