We are looking for a passionate, talented UX Designer to help grow our mobile first initiatives across our digital products. The right person uses design thinking to problem solve user experience issues holistically, sweats the details, and delights our customers with micro-interactions across a variety of digital platforms.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, great time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.  You should be self-motivated & disciplined, have a positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback and changes, be deadline-focused, and willingness to take direction and learn.

Reporting to the Lead UX Designer, this position will collaborate with product management, engineering and marketing to define and implement innovative solutions for a consistent product direction, visuals and user experience across our verticals.

Responsibilities Include:

• UX design and research
• UI execution
• Prepping files for development asset handoffs
• Sharing work to get feedback and direction
• Executing on brand
• Prototyping
• Iterating on wireframes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of product design on mobile devices, mobile web and web
• Experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience developing design systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Prior experience working with prototyping tools such as InVision, html and javascript hand-coding, and design systems
• Prior experience with consumer-facing products
• Strong portfolio of work
• Ability to execute on brand and on time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction
