We are seeking a UI/UX Application Designer to work directly with the Senior Designer to design software for a wide variety of applications. We are looking for an experience designer to look at the big picture and to transcend the noise. You will design to understand and deliver novel and fluid ways of looking at the information space, making it better, easier, and faster for users to do their job. 

Responsibilities:

• Imagine, storyboard, prototype, and collaborate on software designs that simplify user experience and increase user effectiveness
• Produce graphics and innovative designs for software applications and web-based apps
• Work with members of the creative team to refine and expand upon design
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Web/Interactive/Graphic Design
• Portfolio illustrating, engaging and inspiring design work for devices
• Must have a strong visual design sense
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Capable of changing course if needed to get things done within short timeframes to meet aggressive deadlines
• Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Dreamweaver)
• Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS, web front-end experience, and other motion graphics a plus
