Description
As a User Interface (UI) designers, you will work closely with user experience (UX) designers and other design specialists. Your job will be to make sure that the user will experience a refined interaction and experience that is cross products and conforms to the overall vision created by UX designers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create final UI design and interaction behavior for business software: you’ll be responsible for designing and refining UI and interaction design for our software applications that lie at the heart of the Laserfiche product line
- Design for multiple platforms: you’ll need to design interfaces for desktop, web and mobile applications; including iOS, Android, and Windows
- Create templates that Laserfiche end-users can apply to their own stylish Forms
- Prototype your ideas: share your designs and interaction experiences by creating working prototypes, using current prototyping software
- Develop a unified style guide:
- Set the standard for great visual and interaction design
- Capture this work by producing a style guide that development teams can reference – to create a unified experience across Laserfiche products
- Work with UX designers and developers:
- Collaborate with core UX design team, as well as front-end engineers
- Help test and QA the final results in the engineered software
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Web design, Interactive design, UX design, or HCI
- 2 years of professional experience
- Strong design skills are essential. You’ll need to be familiar with core design and prototyping software, such as Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision, etc.
- Strong Iconography skill; you must be passionate about iconography and icon design
- Experience building cross-functional relationships
- A creative mind and a drive to succeed
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
