As a Product Designer at NuORDER, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product Managers and Development teams to add value across the whole product design process--from synthesizing input, ideas and research to building prototypes and polished components. With more momentum than ever, the impact you’ll have will be far reaching, helping us tackle big problems as we define the industry standard for wholesale ecommerce.

Responsibilities:

-Design end to end, customer-focused solutions across the entire product design process--from discovery to ideation to validation--utilizing wireframes, workflows, prototypes and more to bring new ideas to life

-Present findings and ideas to your fellow designers and team members, inspiring each other to do our best work and better refine our design process

-Partner with Product and Development teams as you form and test creative, high value solutions that can be shipped relatively quickly-Contribute to a system of design, not just create patterns in a vacuum

-Work with other designers to evangelize and enforce new interface guidelines and design patterns

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in UX

-A large design skill set for the entire product design process. Full grasp of UX and Front End best practices. (strategy, concept, execution, visual, launch)

-Firm understanding of design fundamentals. Meticulous eyes.

-Experience with designing for mobile

-High proficiency with prototyping and design tools (motion a plus)

-Experience working with development team (coding a plus)

-Excellent communication skills

-Ecommerce and/or B2B experience a plus-Portfolio of work you’re proud of

-Located in LA or willing to relocate
