In this role you will have the unique opportunity to build internal design thought leadership, while externally changing the way users have better sales interactions and achieve success for their teams and customers.

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 5+ years industry experience as a Product Designer
• An online portfolio with web and mobile app designs 
• Strong craft and visual design skills 
• Experience with creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders across projects
• Experience with mentoring, team building, and recruiting
• Effective communication skills and ability to think through ambiguity and complexity
• Passionate about uncovering and understanding user needs

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate across a cross-functional team that includes, leadership, sales, marketing, customer experience, engineering, and product
• Contribute to our internal design system across the entire ringDNA product experience 
• Product ownership and lead project teams across the entire product development lifecycle
• Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends, competitor products, and strategies
• Balance user research, wireframes, prototyping, and designing high-fidelity screens
• Work closely with the development team to ensure consistency
• Contribute to the product vision and strategy decision-making process
