As a Sr. Manager of Graphic Design at Procore, you have world-class design skills and are motivated, energetic, and excited by the fast-paced culture of a global brand. You're passionate about visual storytelling, with an eye for detail and a combination of creative and technical production skills. You know what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences, and keeps up with the evolving landscape of techniques and technologies.

You will work closely with Procore's Creative Director, as well as with cross-functional teams to design, build and maintain Procore’s visual presence across all media types and marketing efforts. We are looking for an active leader and mentor of a design team who thrives on working in an open environment and enjoys collaborating with others.

What you'll do:

• Translates brand and product campaigns into cutting edge designs and layouts for a variety of assets across print and web.
• Manages and mentors a team of graphic designers
• Contributes to our brand identity in the creation of the system of design elements needed to translate a global brand (logos, icons, typography,etc.).
• Digital design for websites, microsites, presentations, email, banner ads, interactive content and landing pages.
• Print design for brochures, print ads, reports, and sales collateral.
• Environmental design for event signage, swag, and branded installations.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant B.A. Degree and/or 7+ years professional graphic design experience
• 3+ years of design leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), and Google Applications
• Layout: A proven understanding of how to create, follow, and break a grid system. A love for whitespace and clear communication heirarchy.
• Typography: A firm command of typography hierarchy, with the skills to use it effectively. The ability to follow and create conventions around how we use type.
• Communication: The ability to respond quickly and professionally to feedback, as well as the ability to give feedback in a constructive and positive manner.
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to shift priorities quickly within a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong production skills, including technical proficiency with preparing files for both pre-press and digital output.
• A go-getter who is willing to tackle projects out of your comfort zone.
