-- The Position --

We're looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX designer who enjoys challenges and is excited by the idea of designing new apps used by thousands of enterprise businesses around the world.

As the Senior UI/UX designer, you'll be putting your design skills to the test with this role. You'll have the responsibility of designing new apps and its corresponding configurations in the Enplug Dashboard. The Enplug Dashboard is where our business users go to control and create the content that shows on their digital displays. You can see examples here: https://www.enplug.com/features-dashboard

-- Skills --

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in design or related field
• A keen eye for modern, clean designs
• 5+ years of UI, UX, and/or design experience
• Team-oriented and enjoys a collaborative environment
• Appreciates and enjoys implementing the small details that make great designs
• Exceptional experience designing for web
• Expert with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with user research 
• Experience designing interfaces for enterprise software and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills and can effectively incorporate feedback from multiple teams
• Problem solver
• Bonus: Great with After Effects or other motion graphics tools

-- Responsibilities --

• Oversee the design of the product and new apps developed
• Design the look and feel of new apps built in-house for the Enplug App Market (www.enplug.com/apps)
• Create wireframes, usage scenarios, prototypes, and UI mockups to communicate design ideas that illustrate user interaction
• Create user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop improvements to the existing Enplug Dashboard
• Design the interface and experience based on requirements from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Work closely with CEO, CTO, and Product Manager
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
