We are looking for a Senior Designer - Brand Marketing to help us create under tight deadlines. In this role you will:

• Carry out the global creative direction, vision and voice of Tinder
• Create global marketing campaigns, brand partnership campaigns etc., playing a key role in the creative process from concept through execution
• Translate marketing and company objectives into clear creative executions
• Understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to branding
• Clearly articulate constructive feedback to lead the design team
• Uphold professional creative standards
• Work on internal branding & merchandising
• Design for all departments to keep assets fresh, shiny and up-to-date

We're looking for:

• Senior level designer with 5+ years experience in an agency or start-up environment
• Keen understanding and experience with all forms of creative advertising, from online to print to broadcast
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Lightroom and After Effects
• A portfolio of amazing work
• An innovator
• Someone with a diverse career in technology and advertising
• Understanding of our brand and user
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in or insanely passionate about Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication Design or Motion Graphics

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in animation, UI design, web design
• Strong illustration skills
• HTML & CSS
