This role requires a candidate who is very detail-oriented and aware of brand standards. The ideal candidate is a self-driven and strong communicator who’s able to take feedback from multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines. We’re looking for a designer who’s familiar with repetitive production-style design work but who’s also open to expanding their skill set and growing with us.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key production designer for brand, email and acquisition marketing teams 
• Create digital marketing materials (ex: banners, ads, Amazon galleries)
• Create print packaging materials (ex: labels, boxes, stickers, inserts)

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Design experience
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
• Experience with print collateral or packaging design
• Experience with digital advertising and repetitive tasks
• Great communicator (written and verbal)
• Able to meet deadlines and communicate their needs
• Very detail-oriented and aware of brand standards 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Extra points for experience creating gifs and animations for the web
• Baseline familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
• Candidate will need an online portfolio to be considered
