ROLE SUMMARY

As a Product Designer, you are fluent in the product design process and can integrate seamlessly into a product development team. You operate as an independent designer, and partner with a product and an engineering to enhance our enterprise customer experience. You aspire to grow as an individual contributor, or —longer-term—manage a team.

This role is open to remote candidates in the US. You report to the Director of Product who works remotely in Eastern Time. LeaseLock is headquartered in Marina Del Rey, CA and with core working hours in Pacific Time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Understand customer needs through quantitative data and user research
• Iterate to find the best designs to solve our customers' problems
• Illustrate design thinking by contributing to ideation, process maps, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing
• Assure product releases meet product design and brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with B2B SaaS product design
• Proficiency in a design tool like Figma
• Enjoyment being embedded with product development teams
• Ability to collaborate with and delegate to design contractors
• Comfort leading user research initiatives and rapid prototyping exercises
• Flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and/or startup experience
• At least 4 years of design experience in a professional setting
