As a Marketing Designer on our Marketing Design Team, you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of marketing design, including web design, motion/video design, email designs and overall visual design.

What You'll Do

• Collaborating with colleagues in Design & Marketing to create video content, advertisements, etc.
• Delivering variations of videos and other content for ad targeting, testing and optimization
• Contributing to other areas of marketing design, including graphics, web and email
• Continuously learning and participating in the creative design and fulfillment process

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in design
• Strong experience in video editing & motion graphics 
• Strong photo, video editing and motion graphics skills: color correction, photo manipulation, illustration, understanding of composition
• Strong experience in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising and best practices
• Ability to take concepts to full ideas from moodboards, whiteboarding to final concepts
• Ability to take ownership of projects when needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/quick learner
• Basic understanding of marketing/growth processes
• Previous experience working at a startup preferred
• Previous experience working with a marketing firm/agency preferred
