The People Strategy team owns the people roadmap and creates programs to support growth and happiness across the company. People Strategists are innovators on a mission to curate amazing work experiences for the Bird flock. We're looking for someone who will be responsible for supporting employee learning and development opportunities throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and an excellent content developer. At Bird, you’ll have a rare opportunity to build a wide variety of training materials from scratch.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new (and refine existing) curriculum for centrally-run learning & development programs, including classroom training, toolkits, eLearning modules and other materials and resources to create comprehensive, educational, and on-brand learning
• Demonstrate an expertise in e-Learning by developing a remote training process by which HQ-based learnings can translate to the remote Bird team. Think innovatively on how to reach remote audiences both with and without access to formal learning management systems.
• In partnership with internal subject matter experts, support content development for team-specific trainings, including but not limited to: classroom learning materials, supportive guides and resources, complimentary e-Learning modules and more.
• In partnership with the Team Communications lead, support the training needs across the larger people team, including People Operations/Benefits, recruiting, and payroll to ensure effective change management for processes or tools.

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS required; Instructional Design or learning certificate preferred
• 4+ years of instructional design and content development; Program management experience in learning & development a plusA passion for learning content development
• Experience with LMS required; Experience with LMS implementation a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional and able to exercise a strong level of judgment
• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
