Our Team is looking for a mid level designer who specializes in paid and performance based design. Someone who gets excited about iteratively designing and experimenting in the name of customer acquisition.
Once here, you will:
Design across multiple channels and platforms with analytical data in mind
Participate in sprints, rapid prototyping, AB testing and other experiments
Establish and develop digital ad creative for campaigns including the production of all visual assets for Acquisition & CRM activity.
Design, develop, and launch responsive landing page experiences using Webflow CMS.
Be flexible and open to participating in design efforts wherever they may be needed across our marketing, design and product teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to be cross functional.
3 - 5 years of experience
Degree in Interaction design, graphic design or equivalent
Geeks out equally on performance metrics and design
Experience designing and optimizing for social, search or mail based promotions
Proven success in using design experiments and iterations to boost campaign results
Solid understanding of performance and engagement design, as well as user experience and visual design
Considers both quantitative and qualitative research when designing
Enthusiasm for a range of design tools like Sketch, Invision, Webflow and Creative Suite
Experience developing beautiful email templates that work across all clients and devices
Financial fluency and a curiosity for social impact investing a plus.
