Job objective: Epirus is seeking to grow our design team to support our rapid growth. The graphic designer will work closely with our sales and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and understands how to use design as a tool for communicating complicated concepts and ideas. You will be tasked with creating designs for white papers, sales collateral, presentations, event branding, but you may also be called upon for other design tasks (video and still photography, 3D renderings, illustration, etc.) based on your skillset. Duties
- Manage strategic development of all graphic elements including but not limited to collateral, slide decks, product 3D renderings, and illustrations
- Maintain a graphic design process that can be implemented across all services
- Work closely with the Senior Designer, VP of Marketing, and agencies to ensure cohesive visual language
- Translate strategic creative direction into high-quality designs
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling designs for sophisticated audiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in delivering best-in-class graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency background
- BFA or equivalent preferred
- Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under strict timelines
- Self-starter who can own projects from start to finish with minimal guidance
- Experience in prioritizing multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), 3DS Max, and Microsoft Office
