We are a fun and fast-moving start-up based improving people’s life with the power of (super) plants.

After closing our US Series A financing round we are looking to further scale. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success

story.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that maintain brand consistency
• Design weekly email newsletters
• Design a variety of digital advertisements on a weekly basis for Instagram, Facebook , Pinterest and Google Ads
• Design social media graphics
• Design web banners
• Support website design
• Produce a broad range of deliverables, including layouts, graphics, and templates
• Assist the marketing team with creative direction for global/local advertising campaigns, new product/store launches and other marketing initiatives to ensure accurate execution of material development and promotional materials.
• May retouch photos, as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript
• Strong digital experience: banner design, web, email design and social media design
• Strong capability to extend creative assets across various platforms and devices
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Creative, enthusiastic and knowledgeable of current design trends/innovations
• Receptive to feedback + strong attention to detail (very important)
• Must be able to truly work and stay focused without much supervision
• Experience in product and packaging design preferred but not required
