JOANY is seeking a talented Visual Designer to design materials to support our products that tell our JOANY story, advocate our brand, and build brand awareness.

What You'll Do

• Design digital and print assets that support marketing initiatives such as emails, social media channels, online ads, infographics, print banners, invites, etc
• Mock up online product designs when Product team needs assistance or for presentation purposes
• Own and build cohesive presentations working alongside content managers and stakeholders
• Help maintain our extensive digital asset library of branded resource art, photography and templates, enabling the team to self-serve, share and collaborate with each other

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years design experience, preferable in agency or startup environments
• Strong digital experience including web, email design, banner, and social media
• Strong print experience including printing, page layout, and photography typography
• Experience with Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• User-centric approach to concepts and design execution
• Excellent mock/spec skills with clear formatting to direct any visual direction
• Ability to set and meet deadlines as well as prioritize effectively when in crunch-mode
