Responsibilities

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok's Brand team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement and social storytelling. We're looking for a Global Creative Lead who can partner with a diverse team of highly skilled marketing and functional experts to help bring us beyond our insatiable brand ambitions. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of regional Creative Leads in the development of creative materials for regional marketing campaigns while maintaining global brand cohesion. - Develop global brand systems and standards, including but not limited to: naming and visual identities for sub-brands and product features; scaling global brand and user interface guidelines; operationalize guidelines and educate teams on updates. - Act as brand guardian and supervise brand exposure across markets / channels. - Ensure creative quality, consistency, and cohesiveness across all go-to-market executions. - Elevate and innovate campaigns that push TikTok to be seen as a creative leader amongst other brands.

Qualifications

- 10+ years experience at a creative agency, media company, or brand recognized for design. - Experience in multi-platform and 360 creative executions. - Experience in international media across cultures and time zones such as APAC regions and/or global / multi-territory campaigns. - Executive-level collaboration experience. - Experience in overseeing design for campaigns, experiential(retail and event), and social. - Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. - A strong portfolio demonstrating creative work.
