Responsibilities

The position requires an experienced, creative, talented and motivated DESIGNER who is willing to join Fandango’s Rewards team. Designer will work with Senior Designer and Production Manager to creating digital files to support our sales opportunities. The position handles several unique programs at varying implementation stages with multiple client contacts simultaneously, in addition to management of other design and creative tasks. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to manage the execution of programs
  • Review design requests, determine requirements, and prepare output design files
  • Ensure projects and finished graphics are accurate and precise
  • Amend designs after internal and external design review
  • Prioritize tasks for multiple design files and teams’ requests
  • Participate and collaborate on the design of existing product files
  • Participate in gathering feedback from teams and improve processes
  • Manage and maintain record keeping of original artwork files and all projects
  • Adhere to company design and brand guidelines and work within in these with a high degree of independence
  • Keep current with industry visual design standards and trends and implement that knowledge in day-to-day design work

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications 



• Minimum 3 years professional design experience in related industry

• Work on a collaborative design team

• Experience working in a sales environment

• Experience and clear understanding of national brand needs and promotions, a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time

• Proficiency in both print and web design utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch

• Consistent skill development aligned with customer needs and all internal graphic and design teams 

• Experience in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM Software

• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or completion of specialized courses
