You are our ideal candidate if:

You operate autonomously and are razor sharp when it comes to detail. You have a strong visual eye and understand the fundamentals of good design. You have 3+ years experience in digital asset creation as well as print and visual merchandising.

Partnering closely with the Growth and Marketing departments, you'll turn Morning Recovery into a lifestyle brand by executing the following:

- Email campaigns
- Social media posts + ads
- Digital brand campaigns
- Web design
- Print collateral
- Partnerships and event assets (swag, banners, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of design experience in a fast-paced startup or an agency environment with a strong entrepreneurial culture
- Mobile first mentality is a plus
- Preferred: Experience with social media campaigns/advertising
- You have a compelling portfolio demonstrating work that has been launched
- Ego-less, collaborative approach to partner with our team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- BONUS: great videographer, motion designer or photographer
