Designer - Multidisciplinary

sweetgreen is looking for a Designer rooted in visual design but also experienced in motion, interactive, and brand design. In this role, you’ll work closely with our strategists, writers, photographers, retail team, marketing team, video producers, and  across a range of projects including, but not limited to, brand design, editorial, package design, interface design, interactive installations, digital, wayfinding, and environmental design. 

In each instance, you’ll lead the conceptualization and execution of the creative solutions. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3+ years experience in brand + advertising
• Create Idea Driven creative work
• High caliber craft and detail oriented 
• Comfortable with motion, print, digital
• Hyper collaborative
• Excited and team oriented
