Responsibilities

Designer TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. Responsibilities •Brainstorm with designers and brand strategists to bring advertising campaigns to life from concept to execution •Creating campaign mock-ups and data visualisations •Designing beautiful presentation decks •Execute motion graphic animations using After Effects •Contribute to and brand guidelines development •Designers are expected to not just execute ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process

Qualifications

Requirements: •Degree educated or equivalent professional experience •Experience designing in/for PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other presentation platforms •Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines •Good communicator, ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner •Ability to conceptualise across a broad range of aesthetics and styles, and visualise in 3 dimensions •Knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max) is a plus •Detail oriented, ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail •Understanding of design elements, colour, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends •Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment •Must be dependable, positive, and open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually •Passionate about social media channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat -Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines •Good communicator, ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner •Ability to conceptualise across a broad range of aesthetics and styles, and visualise in 3 dimensions •Knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects.
