We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical Program Manager to lead scoping, managing and executing Design and Creative development teams. You will own the production of a large number of assets each year across multiple marketing channels, as well as continued optimization of the content lifecycle. You will be responsible for inventing new content production capabilities, we are not afraid of inventing new processes from scratch, and we acknowledge that we may need to break a few things to find the right business models to succeed.

We are a hard driving, informal, and good natured bunch – we are looking for people that are passionate about what they do and want to have fun while they do it.

The ideal candidate will have previous design and product marketing experience. Smart Home experience is a plus but not required. He or she will have a high visual and editorial bar, an interest in design, be comfortable thinking big and delivering results in very tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Inventing and improving workflows and tools for the Marketing Design Team
  • Prioritizing, scoping and delivering design within marketing, product management and organization
  • Organizing, supervising and executing projects from concept through delivery
  • Analyzing performance of content and always seeking ways to improve
  • Driving site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, product managers, designers, vendors, and merchandisers
  • Standard Operating Procedures development and roll-out, especially related to new process creation
  • Leveraging technology and process innovation to bring continuous improvement to the operation (scalability, efficiency, scope, etc.)

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years demonstrable experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or content production
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deep dive complex problems
  • Excellent copy editing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent workflow and project management skills
  • Track record of cross-functional team leadership and ability to influence
  • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management
  • Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record leading the development of marketing assets
