We are looking for an innovative brand strategist with experience in providing creative direction, design, and world-class branding and creative strategy to join our team as Creative Design Lead. This person will be part of the US Creative Lab, an internal brand and creative think tank. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the global Creative Lab teams to develop brand systems and standards, including but not limited to: naming and visual identities for sub-brands and product features; scaling global brand and UI guidelines; operationalize guidelines and educate teams on updates. - Provide creative and art direction on external-facing creative – from campaign concepts to development of assets; act as internal creative director in agency relationships. - Partner closely with the Brand Marketing Team to develop brand strategy and consult on campaign strategy from a creative standpoint. - Be a bridge between global brand strategy work-streams and the US regional ones.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field. - 7+ years' experience in advertising or marketing with background in design, creative and brand strategy. - Previous experience in both creative agency and brand-side from an internet/tech company. - Strong experience in brand marketing and digital marketing. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional partners, deal with ambiguity; strong project management and production skills.
