We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Communications Designer to focus on creating content for internal teams to share with the public!

We are looking for a Communications Designer to join Honey’s marketing team. The Communications Designer will report to the VP of Creative and work closely with various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, photography and illustration. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced small team environment. Willing to learn, contribute, take on different hats, be scrappy and most importantly be organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
About the Marketing team:
The Marketing team is a small and scrappy combination of backgrounds that form to make a strong, tight knit agency style internal team. They work closely with one another on large projects and have individual skills that allow them to also be autonomous. Each one of them values the impact they have on future users.
About the job:

• Ideate and create everything from posters and art pieces for various internal events, swag, PR assets, presentations to various shareholders, and collateral for recruiting.
• Collaborate with Internal Comms, PR, Operations and Recruiting team members.
• Understand and translate brand guidelines into beautifully designed work.
• Take feedback and understand how to act on them.
• Juggle multiple projects and deliver assets on time.

About you:

• Must have an online portfolio that includes examples of design work.
• BFA in Communications Design, Advertising, Graphic Design.
• 2+ years previous experience in an agency or design studio
• Proficient in design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong consideration to those with basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• A self-starter. Detail oriented. Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
