Compass is looking for an Associate Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing our product to life and engaging audiences through visual storytelling as well as creating branded marketing and advertising print collateral for our Compass Agents. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for simple, beautiful design that can build marketing campaigns and agent marketing and advertising print materials to communicate our brand vision in digital and print mediums, educate our customers through compelling infographics and market reports, and create sleek, professional materials for our real-estate and business development operations.
As a designer, you’ll sit in-between the product and marketing teams, and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Compass Agents throughout the design cycle. Full-time applicants, interns and free-lancers are all welcome to apply.
What We're Looking For:

• 0-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Required: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Design and Visual Communication, Communications Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Full knowledge of Adobe CS, and proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Be able to take a project from ideation to completion which includes being able to prepare files for print. 
• A diverse portfolio that exhibits excellent use of typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
• Strong, clean visual design sense.
• Must be located in the Greater Los Angeles Area or willing to relocate to the area.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States.
