Web Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and manage web KPI's, digital campaigns and channel tracking and results.
• Communicate with marketing department about analysis from campaigns.
• Produce reports for the Management team.
• Monitor performance trends with channel and business managers.
• Discuss the customer experience and behavior with the marketing team
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Work with the technical team to improve data collection and BI dimensions and filters.

Business Responsibilities:

• Customer analysis by account type, and profile. Sales, RFM, rewards status, and Email opt in status to identify customer segments for marketing opportunities.
• Evaluate Account creation, sources and initial behaviors.
• Invoiced and Sales Order (demand) data from Web and BI sources
• Category and item level trends overall and by segment
• Provide insights to the sales teams for managed accounts as it pertains to online behavior.
