What You'll Do

• Maintain the IT risk management and TPRM procedures, and enhance existing framework and processes
• Assess, monitor, and track TPRM lifecycle activities (risk assessment & due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring, and termination) and provide TPRM guidance to internal business units
• Update the TPRM procedure to ensure alignment with policy and update risk rating methodology periodically
• Prepare aggregated third-party risk reports on risk data and analysis, including concentration risk analysis
• Ensure the completeness of central documentation of the Firm’s third party population
• Act at all times in a manner that is ethical and aligned with the regulatory obligations of the firm, and our partners
• A variety of other duties aligned with your unique skills, as our firm and its obligations, expand and evolve

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of related experience in a financial institution with demonstrated professionalism, growth, and trustworthiness
• 1+ years of work experience in third-party risk management
• Experience in operational risk management, risk assessment, regulation, compliance, and IT risk is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Passion for user experience, customer service, and social good
• Experience in FinTech or working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, independence, and exercising judgment about when to escalate challenges to a supervisor
• Strong team building, relationship management, and project management
• Demonstrated and substantial success in mentoring peers, building processes, creating business value, or creating uniquely fantastic customer experiences at scale; bonus if any of these were in a financial services environment
