How you will contribute:

The Strategic Partner Associate will work directly with Electronic Medical Record, Partner Management and Association partners to manage the business relationship. You will create required marketing materials and strategically grow the number of leads received from our partners through sales and marketing outreach. You will also work cross-functionally with multiple departments across the organization to provide top-tier service and ensure partner satisfaction. Integrations and Associations are paramount to our success and the work you will do as the strategic partner associate is hypercritical to the longevity of the organization. Your diverse experience will contribute to our collaborative environment and finding success not only as an individual but as a team.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2-years experience in an account management or partner marketing role
  • Experience working with stakeholders at large organizations
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies for partners
  • Work with product marketing teams to develop and communicate partner program assets
  • Alignment of partner marketing plans to the campaigns, brand and message platform
  • Work with partners to establish marketing objectives needed to achieve revenue objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns while working with partners
  • Success in a high-growth environment and adaptable to change
  • Ability to ensure client satisfaction, balance partner expectations, and negotiate successful resolutions

The role of the Strategic Operations Associate is paramount to the success of PatientPop as a whole. PatientPop has high caliber partnerships and you will be an aid to management ensuring the positive relationship growth with all parties. You will also further relations with partner customers by working directly with them, you will own the creation of creating assets, and you will seek better ways to document internal processes. 

In 90 days you will:

Learn our product, systems, processes and the internal organization's workflow. You will be shadowing all Go-To-Market strategy meetings, all partner meetings, and work on internal documentation for the Strategy team. By day 90, you can expect to run Go-To-Market strategy and Partner meetings. In addition, you will be creating all necessary partner materials and help develop ideas to promote and further partnerships.
