As a Senior Associate, Strategy you will create and implement our strategic planning processes and systems, develop change management mechanisms that reinforce our strategic focus, and analyze insights that enable us to better understand the market, our customers, and our users. GoGuardian’s Senior Associate, Strategy is someone who is passionate about creating cohesive focus across an organization, values the perspectives of diverse functional expertise, and is eager to enable the formation of a data-driven strategy. As a Senior Associate, Strategy, you will create structure in ambiguous contexts. You will develop enterprise-wide systems and processes and take an organizational view of internal and external challenges to support the formation of a unified corporate strategy. 

What You'll Do

• Designing and facilitating strategic planning meetings that enable executives to engage in effective ideation, strategizing, and collaborative problem-solving 
• Developing and implementing processes and systems that reinforce strategic alignment across the organization
• Designing and implementing systems that enable regular evaluation of strategic initiatives and enhance our ability to invest resources in alignment with our strategic goals
• Synthesizing research and information about the market, consumers, and our users and communicating key information to executives 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive forward the company’s strategic goals

Who You Are

• Ability to cultivate environments that engender trust, inspire creativity, and fuel collaborative problem solving
• Ability to build meaningful and trusting relationships across all levels of an organization including senior executives
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate strategic planning processes 
• Ability to understand the context and nuances that impact the educational ecosystem
• Ability to conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate the risk and opportunity of a given strategic initiative
• Ability to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically, long term and short term
• Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to solve complex problems 
• Ability to create compelling presentations and write persuasive business communications
• You have an undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Finance, Human Factors etc.)
• You have an advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology etc.
• You have experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting and/or Investment Banking
• You have experience designing and facilitating strategic planning meetings and/or other cross-functional collaborative problem-solving meetings
• You have experience designing systems and processes that reinforce organizational objectives
• You have experience gathering and sharing information with cross-functional teams
• You have experience navigating complex landscapes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders with diverse needs
• You have 7- 10 years of relevant work experience
