SUMMARY
WELL’s Sales Team is looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join our growing organization. As the Senior Sales Analyst you will report directly to our Director of Sales Operations. You will have the opportunity to complete projects independently with minimal guidance, and much of your work will involve optimizing overall sales efficiency. You will do so by refining processes and making systematic enhancements.
You have a business consulting background and strong analytical skills. You are able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results. You will be able to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business, and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems. This is an exciting role if you are looking for your next opportunity in Sales Operations at a growing startup.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales reps’ productivity
- Perform deep analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators to support strategic initiatives to drive growth. Derive actionable insights and provide convincing interpretation.
- Work with executive and sales leadership to define Go-To-Market strategies for the Sales organization
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Recruiting, and Client Success to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals
- Triage reporting requests from leadership team members to serve up metrics that can help drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- BA / BS preferably in an analytical discipline such as Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Economics, etc.
- 3-5 years of data analyst experience, ideally in sales operations
- A proven track record of solving challenging problems, driving initiatives cross functionally, and clear ability to explain complex concepts to audiences in a straightforward way
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Admin experience with Salesforce and G-Suite
- Experience using a data warehouse (AWS, Snowflake) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Excel data analysis and SQL query experience

LOCATION
WELL is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize the health of our employees, all WELL positions are temporarily remote. We are looking forward to when our company returns to in-office work. This role is remote friendly to candidates based in the US.
