Team Overview:

The Senior ERP Business Analyst is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the other Business Applications team members and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of systems applications. The position will work with the Director of Business Applications and Business Users in defining, prioritizing and executing enhancements, projects and end-user support Oracle ERP Cloud and related applications. 

The candidate can be located in Pasadena, CA, Long Beach, CA or Houston, TX.  This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days in the office.

What's Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent experience 
• 6+ years of practical Oracle ERP techno/functional experience with e-Business Suite R12 and/or ERP Cloud R13 
• Project management experience with 3+ Oracle ERP implementations, including 1+ international deployment 
• Clear written and verbal communication skills 
• Great interpersonal and project management skills 

Desirable Experience:

• PMP or CSM Certification 
• Prior business experience in a key functional area (e.g., accounting, manufacturing, engineering, etc.) within a similar industry, preferably a start-up and/or public company 
• Experience with SOX compliance audits and remediations 
• Experience implementing foreign country specific requirements (e.g., EU VAT, EU Intrastat, Canada GST/HST, GAAP/IFRS deviations, MX Invoices and VAT
