OPSkins is seeking a Senior Data Scientist who has a minimum of 5 years of working experience not including interships. 

As a Data Scientist at OPSkins, you will be digging into our relatively untouched cross-market e-commerce data in order to create predictive models that help push our business forward. 

 Responsibilities:

• Develop models and uncover buying and selling insights that help demonstrate the value that OPSkins

• Analyze our massive store of data to better understand how our gamers interact with OPSkins and using that understanding to identify new products OPSkins should focus on, to build recommendation systems, and to build predictive targeting models.

• Work with the engineering team to develop new products, including data architecture and modeling, to ensure new products will scale with usage across our merchant network.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of production level working experience as a Data Science not including internships.

• Experience building a recommendation system and/or working with factorization machines is ideal

• Collaborative problem solver with previous experience building machine learning models from the ground up.

• Experienced communicator who can champion their insights and ideas until they become proven production systems that generate business value.

• Hands-on self starter who can move data projects forward by acquiring and converting data into useful formats when necessary.

 Bonus: 

• Coding ability in Python

• Experience with various data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, Jupyter, PySpark.

• PhD-level candidates with the right research experience and expertise.
