As a member of the Data team, you are analytical, technical, and have a knack insight mining. You enjoy finding opportunities to scale our impact, influence decisions with data, and work cross-functionally in the business.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Provide ad-hoc data analysis, deep dives, data visualizations, and statistical modeling
• Utilize and leverage data to drive acquisition scale and ROI, including LTV and CAC modeling, attribution models, predictive product modeling, etc.
• Drive experiment design, interpretation, and actionable insights derived from past marketing campaigns to assist in the execution of current and future campaigns
• Design A/B multivariate tests to drive product and growth improvements
• Transform business problems into solvable analytics problems and provide recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements at Headspace
• Self motivated with a growth mindset - you seek out learning opportunities for yourself and the team

What you’ve accomplished:

• 3+ years in a growth analytics role
• Strong background in optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Deep experience with segmentation and the conceptualization and execution of A/B tests
• Strong team player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams, including, marketing, data engineering, and analytics teams
• Deep expertise with SQL and Python or R
