Summary of Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join the Ranker team. Our ability to use data intelligently to assist in decision making is a key driver of our success. What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years analyzing and applying data for a digital media company

  • Black belt in Omniture or (less preferable) Google Analytics -- but also the ability to come up with and work with other tools, including ones developed in-house

  • Experience optimizing content for search and social

  • Familiarity with social metrics tools such as Facebook insights, Bitly, Topsy

  • Experience with organic and paid social data and analytics

  • Experience with DFP or other ad-serving systems

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Crystal-clear communication skills — spoken and written, especially

  • Incredibly high energy and strong work ethic

  • Understands the need to lead by example

  • Ability to work with a team

  • Prior work at a start-up is an ideal plus!

What You’ll Get

  • Fully-paid medical, plus heavily subsidized voluntary dental and vision plans.

  • Paid holidays, plus additional days of paid time off per year.
