About the Senior Data Analyst at Headspace:

As a member of the team, you are analytical, technical, and have a knack for insight mining. You enjoy finding opportunities to scale our impact, influence decisions with data, and work cross-functionally in the business. This individual will report to the VP of Data.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Provide ad-hoc data analysis, deep dives, data visualizations, and statistical modeling
• Partner closely with product managers to identify strategic opportunities to increase engagement within the Headspace app and drive growth for the company
• Collaborate with other members of the data science & analytics team, and the data engineering team to create a data-driven culture
• Design A/B multivariate tests to drive product and growth improvements
• Evaluate the impact of new product features on engagement and growth metrics
• Transform business problems into solvable analytics problems and provide recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements at Headspace

What you’ve accomplished:

• 3+ years in a Product Analytics role
• Strong background in undertaking funnel analysis and examining sequencing flow
• Familiarity with engagement/conversion as well as retention/churn analysis
• Deep experience with segmentation and the conceptualization and execution of A/B tests
• Strong team player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams, including, finance, growth, product, engineering, and data teams
• Proficiency with SQL and R/Python
• You have a passion for meditation & mindfulness
