Job Summary:
As the NetSuite Business Analyst, you will help transform Ruggable’s technology stack into the new age. Ruggable is in the process of implementing a new ERP, NetSuite, and this role will be vital in pushing the implementation across the finish line. You will be at the center of discussions between cross-functional partners and will need to connect the dots to ensure business requirements align with company priorities. As well as translating them into an improved technology stack.
What You'll Do:
- As part of the ongoing implementation, you will help with designing the system
- Support go-live testing and data validation
- Help manage external partners and assist with anything ERP-related
- Scale our core infrastructure alongside the business
- Leverage NetSuite to improve our financial controls, building custom reports and dashboards, and increase the functionality of our technology stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to further optimize the system
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
- Prior experience and success with NetSuite implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements (particularly for e-commerce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication – especially with 3rd party vendors
- Excellent business acumen, thoughtfulness, and ability to focus on “what matters”
- Experience troubleshooting and creating saved search queries in NetSuite
- Experience with providing complex business solutions to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, accounting, information systems or related fields
Preferred:
- Prior experience with made-to-order business model with in-house manufacturing
- Experience working with EDI
- Ability to translate technical concepts/solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of suitescript and workflows
