The Marketplace Associate supports the broader Marketplace team in ensuring our marketplace provides a best-in-class user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mobile applications and technology with an eagerness to serve in a multitude of capacities for the betterment of the company. 

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of top performance, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic/high-intensity growth environment, and experience supporting the strategic objectives of a cross- functional team. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces.

In this role you will:

• Support the broader Marketplace team in its efforts to provide a smooth and frictionless experience for our users 
• Research, identify and synthesize large data sets for easy consumption and analysis 
• Assist in the management and optimization of various user-interfacing processes 
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they arise 
• Above all, promote user happiness 

We are looking for:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supportive role
• Passion for sneakers, technology and helping others succeed
• Prior analytical experience with Excel / SQL proficiency a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively 
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail 
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours as needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
