Manager, Strategy at Tinder

In this role, you will:
- Report to Director, Tinder & Match Group Strategy
- Conduct research including industry landscapes, product and feature analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics
- Assist in the development and planning of monetization product strategy through analysis and research
- Collaborate with the product team and other internal stakeholders across the company to plan and execute both long and short-term strategic goals
- Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively in order to evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems
- Form thoughtful and comprehensive business cases for new businesses or product theses
- Execute independently and efficiently
- Advance multiple projects with competing deadlines
We're looking for:
- 4+ years of strategy, finance, corporate development and/or business operations experience
- Direct experience at a global consumer internet business supporting operating/product decisions
- Advanced proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in building presentations in Powerpoint
- Must be organized, deadline-driven and an excellent communicator
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI a plus
- Understanding of SQL a plus
